Most of those fuckwads aren't being THAT dumb anymore - and the cops are pretty quick on getting them arrested to protect the dumb fuckers (not that those DFs could ever acknowledge that) - but there's still a lot that are going riiiight to the very edge of things AND the Vic government isn't legislating for masks in stores or similar.
