Ok - finally saw Wick4 last night (waited for the 4K media) - might go Extraction2 tonight.
I think the ambiguity was allayed when he asked the Manager if he would take him home, although his dog turning its head in the last scene might point to something else.
Post credit scene definitely setup the spinoff.
Suspension of disbelief severely tested with the blind guy.
