Cousins of any sort would generally be socially unacceptable in our society...... but it's worth bearing in mind that in many societies, cousins are the norm for sex and marriage - generally no closer than second cousins, but sometimes right up to first - so that something would only be considered incest between members of an immediate family.
Therefore........
Though personally it seems weird to me, it's only because I was raised to think that way. When you think about it, there really isn't actually any difference between homosexuality and sex between cousins.
