So a kid from my son's soccer team turns up with his dad, in a very shiny Ferrari 488. Got talking, turns out he owns a company in Germany that outfits private planes with wifi etc. Years ago he did a few small jobs for some Silicon Valley types that paid him in BTC. He sat on them for years then decided to take it seriously, and he must have timed it well, as he did pretty darn well out of it. Multiple super cars, gives significant amounts of money to charity, and remotely manages a German company from NZ.
Must be a good life.
