An LBW is not an instant out, the team must appeal for the LBW (no appeal, no wicket) and the ball isn't dead until the umpire calls the wicket, if not out, then ball remains in play. If the umpire gave Ronchi out before the wickets were thrown down, then he would have been out and Anderson remained.
