Any electricians that can answer this.
I had my switchboard replaced and had a new earth peg added (it was previously earth through the cold water pipe).
An inspector needs to sign this off.
Should this be signed off before it is used? Or what timeframe should it happen in?
I have contacted the company a couple of times. First they said Covid had slowed it down (fair enough), and the second time he sent an email saying he had contacted them.
That was 2 weeks ago.
I'm trying to find out how urgent it should be before I go back.
