This may be an unpopular opinion, but the most stunning example of bad judgement in this debacle was Woodhouse hanging onto the information that they'd initially gone the wrong way and met someone to get them back on track, to engage in a fucking "gotcha" moment.
Woodhouse claiming his job is to hold the govt accountable is disingenuous, his job is to serve the people. You can still hold the govt to account whilst making sure that the relevant information was in the hands of those that needed it as a priority.
Party before people politicizing of this nature fucking disgusts me.
