Yesterday afternoon, Rugby, Warwickshire.

In the background is Rugby school. Supposedly I'm standing on the halfway line of the field where William Webb Ellis, "with fine disgregard for the rules of the game, picked up the ball and ran with it". Most people can't get on the field, but we were talking away to the groundsman through an iron fence and when we said we were Kiwis he opened up the gates and let us on - even finding a Gilbert Rugby School Crest ball which we threw about a bit.

Awesome.
