I'll give John a B. Had he not sold assets & stopped Cullen fund payments for tax cuts then he could've made a B+. But then when you take into consideration education, health, surveillance, poverty, housing & govt. debt then maybe I'm being generous. Gonna miss that cheeky smile though.
