Why are you so fixated on the prostitution allegation?
"We had to lockdown because some criminals used fraudulent documents to enter the area illegally" was the explanation. It was made by a Minister of the government at a live government press conference. It wasn't true. The minister concerned stands by it even though his own Ministry has said "nah, that was bullshit". For fuck knows how long the government ran with a message of "ignore everything you hear about COVID except for what you hear from us, which is trustworthy, because it comes from us". And now we know it wasn't.
