While David Clark endears himself less and less, I'm not sure the claim Bloomfield was the de facto Minister of Health has sound basis.

I certainly was grateful to hear from a working expert rather than a politician. Much preferable to a politician trying to keep their position, which is the job we charge politicians with.

It'd be great if our politicians could be more like Bloomfield, but we don't vote that way.
