Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
From an anti-Muslim PoV - No UAE? No Pakistan? No Indonesia? There's 176 million Muslims in India.. Forget about those?
From a national security perspective.. No Afghanistan? No Saudi?
