In this case it's not registered to whomever was behind it, or in their name. Instead it's in the name of a fictitious entity. I can't see anything there saying that the info has to be
accurate
Col'n has a better bet of trying to leverage section 2.6 -[You agree that you will:] ensure that the use of any domain name registered to you does not interfere with other users of the Internet.
But even then it's a hard call.
