What's ironic is that I'm pretty sure the Ukranians would have no issue using those military vehicles - unlike the John Deere stuff which if stolen can likely be remotely disabled using DRM!
I believe this applies to American military equipment also - they can't repair half their shit without manufacturer unlocks.
