I'm sure is tech illiterate, but he was told by the people who ARE tech literate - the National Muthafucken Cyber Security Centre of the GCSB - TOLD him it was not a hack! Then he's like, "I'm not sure. I'll call the police. See what they say." Then, before the police have even told him what they say, he's all "Ah look, I already know it's a crime.
