If someone tried to get me done for not giving way.... well to be honest I have no idea what I would do. Man I could of pinged so many people by now for not giving way. I think if you had taken it to court it would get thrown out, so its unfortunate your mother paid it. considering the only proof they have is the word of a teacher who could easily have reason to make your life more difficult, I dont see why the police even listened.
