Dealing with service providers is so arbitrary, wow this is like the year 2000 again
Apparently its $1500 to change overhead copper to underground fibre, despite there already being chorus spec ducting with draw cable that goes to the same pole as the copper, right to the demarc point on the house, and then more ducting right to where the ONT would mount.
Considering 4G now, the Chorus rep then threatened a cost for removing the old copper line in spite...
