I can see Akane's point of view.
a pot hole can affect how you control your car.
so can misaligned curves, and even incorrect signage.
thats why the potholes are continually being fixed, and some corners straightened.
the cops seem to be in a power hungry spree at the moment...beatings, crazy pursuits resulting in death, and now this!!!
