Hoon is right, you get a fine for not displaying the rego, who knows..... they might think it's funny to see someone get in more shit :/
Oh btw my mother said she'll help me pay the fine, she said not much point fighting it off coz I'll still end up paying it sometime down the track anyway. And she has a feeling (just a feeling) that we'll get discriminated in court anyway since we're a minority race here. She does have a point.
To "get her car back" she has to go to the courts, file a report saying "look guys you took the wrong car", then they take the file before the judge then they decide, too much hassle says mommy.
And Jenza, I got a fine because the roads in NZ is way too shit, my MR2's ass end stepped out, lucky I have learnt to control my car therefore I did not end up stackpile the traffic lights, ok now? And all I got is a lousy fine. At $200 / year rego I would expect no unexpected portholes around the streets, mmmmmmmmmkay?
