Here's a cool article on
Kowloon Walled City. I've stayed in Kowloon and while some areas have a vague ambiance of it's former status, I'd never have thought it would've looked like it did back in the 80's. Truly unreal and one of those places that if I could travel back in time would go there in a heart-beat.
