In a similar vein: On a multi-vendor engagement at the moment and the number of ridiculous meetings where we cover the same thing 5 times in the one meeting then cover all the same shit in the next meeting with a 90% overlap of people...
I attended a stand-up today. It had 7 people and took over an hour. That's... that's not a stand-up. I have run stand-ups for a team of 16 that took less than 15 minutes.
