Had a house inspection done to present to potential buyers of our house.
Was deemed moderate to high risk of serious structural failings due to the inspector not being able to access some areas.
Queried him. It was a points system. x points because couldnt get onto the roof, x points cause couldnt get far into roof space etc Fair enough. More points, higher the risk of site-unseen faults.
My wtf moment is some points were awarded because access to the sub-floor was prevented.
It's a concrete slab floor.
