It's now 31 hours since I've eaten. The 12 hour mark was hard. Drank water and cups of green tea till bed time. 8pm to 10pm was the hardest but the drop in energy made falling asleep easy.
Spent the day so far digging up the garden and emptying the compost into a patch for veges.
I imagine it's like being stoned. Concentration or any task that would require focus is out the window. There's certainly no energy for mental stress.
