Maybe if I was looking to do a total conversion, but even then a lot of the free TC packs are freaking amazing.

I did have a quick look, the popular ones I found had a free low-res version, with paid higher res versions.
I wouldn't mind something that looked a bit shinier. Maybe I'll keep searching.
