When I get my car back on Tuesday, I will send a letter of complaint to the NZ Insurance Council, and a copy to Graeme Day of Ansvar.
I haven't written it yet, but I'll try and make it as juicy as possible and when I do, I'll post it here for those who are still interested.
As I've said before, the reason I've waited is because I was a little worried that if I'd jumped in head-first, that my car would *never* have been fixed. So come Tuesday, I'm back in business
