That's the thing. I'm no international organic chemist of mystery but even I can look at
C48H74O14
and
C23H32F3N5O4
and go "yeah, those are pretty fucking different molecules, like massively different, there's no way they do anything remotely like the same thing".
Of course, that's what big pharma wants me to believe!!!1
