We've been here before. The Roman empire probably expected a few generations and everything would be dandy. Instead, it was an empire in decline. I predict decline before a great androgynous future. Just my two cents, because history doesn't repeat, but it rhymes.
I never appreciated my social/classics education at the time, but so far it's been fucking bang on - a focus on totalitarianism, race relations, and the decline of civilization. But I went to a white supremacist elite school (so I've been told), and so their lessons are obviously invalid. THIS TIME it's different.
