I guess my question is "should all countries that commit war crimes be held to account?" Then it is phrased in a way that doesn't trigger your automatic dismissal of the point.

I'm not saying Russia shouldn't be held to account for war crimes - I'm just saying that if war crimes are a thing, then ALL war crimes should have repercussions.

Obviously THESE war crimes are definitely worse, because Putin.
