Honestly, it's encouraging to know this sort of BS happens at a senior level outside of my industry.
But equally so, it's disheartening and worrying to see this BS happen at a senior level outside my industry.
I prefer the stability of working for an employer, but on the condition that my senior managers aren't fools and the directors are at least willing to listen. I find this to vary year to year, but still with them.
