They're gonna pay to fix my car heh, the assessor has been around and done his thing- says the quote I got is fine and well I think it's time I bugged them this afternoon for action.
As for the letter, well we were planning on waiting till after my car was fixed before doing anything about that... sure as hell if we'd acted on it before getting it done; it would *never* be fixed.
