BOYD, you gave me a hell of a fright when you said you'd binned that letter of 18 October. Thank god you got a copy faxed over. Just remember the corporate creed... If It's Not In Writing It Never Happened. That also applies to this "formal" verbal apology... it ain't formal if it ain't on paper.
