Yep. Stationery department/store can help with that.
You need to mark clearly on each invoice whether or not GST is involved. I think if you're not GST registered you have to put your IRD number on in place of a GST number.
GST registered here, so I'm trying to remember advice I was given years ago. It would pay to check about the number.
