Harmful ideas. My god... the idea hurts me! Granted, some people with bad ideas are claiming Dave is "on our side!". They are looking at it wrong.
Look at it another way, jokes and transgressions will help heal a societal divide, prudish perpetual victim status will widen the divide. One is inclusive (I'm a joke, and so are you!), the other is exclusive (You cannot joke about that).
