Yes, you cant become an ONZ until someone on the list dies.
So does that mean they just never received a knighthood, and were lucky to get the ONZ
Or did someone conveniently die just in time for them to get ONZ first.
Or back in the day, did it take longer than 6 months after you leave that you get knighted.
