Nice... not completely sure if they can do that, but worth a crack. You might be able to get a command-block to enter WorldEdit commands - doesn't look locked down AFAIK.
Oh yeah, another prerequisite: For Multiplayer, "enable-command-block" needs to be "true" in the server.properties file
