Hmm, people are very divided on the truth regarding the use of chemical weapons.
UN and
OPCW seem to agree that chemical weapons have indeed been used in Syria. So in my mind there is no doubt about the use of chemical weapons. The question is whether Assad's military is responsible or not. UN notes that much of the Syrian military stockpiles have been captured by "rebels", so Syrian weaponry could be used by anyone at this stage.
