a 20'ish year old guy was just outside my workplace window, staggering around dodging cars, trying to spray liquid at peoples windscreens, and then attempting to get in position to squeegee said liquid off said windscreen without dying. he did very well, considering his state. sadly, no video, else this would be in video of the day thread. i tried, but his ether trip wore off too quickly.
