You Will need at least one night of rest per week but I would recommend taking the whole weekend off. Body needs to recover and if it's daily it will probably become way too tedious.

I went swimming today for the first time in over 10 years, couldn't make it to the end without stopping, my god I'm unfit. Need to learn how to swim properly too.
