I'm currently following the weights program for body for life, not following the food part though just the upper body and lower body work outs which I find is great for toning.

I've replaced the cardio part of the body for life with Soccer Training on Mondays, Rugby League training on Tuesday and Thursday, Ice Hockey training school on Fridays and Saturdays.

Currently on 95kg's and want to gain more muscle and drop more body fat this year.

It's amazing how much time you have on your hands when you stop playing computer games
