For light exercise I watch dl.tv and for hard-out exercise I carry my "computer repairs" sign out to the roadside and bring it in, now and then.

I SOLD my training bike at the end of last year having done only 100km on it

Steady 89kg which you have to gimme credit for as I was up to 94 kg on the blasted medication that I gave up (and the alcohol that i also gave up)
