As a big guy I've found it much harder to sort my eating habits than it is to stick to a gym schedule. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do predominately cardio, I've lost about 5kg in the last 3-4months (103kg -> 98kg - I'm 6"4). I'm keen to lose another 10kg and then do some weights. Christmas was the main obstacle in this period. There's only so much salad eating I can do :P
