Wish I could cycle to work but never mind cycling 30km along gt south road every morning ... plus then I would have no time to go to the gym after work.
Shit 14kg's is heaps~! I need to sort out my gym program to I keep changing stuff every week , also skipping days due to late finishes at work.
I really want to get my bf% to 10 - 12 in the next 6 months to.
