320mhash is pretty fast, what GPU are you using? I only got 70mhash out of my 4850. I wouldn't consider anything faster to be spare scrap.

edit: 6950 I see. That's a $400 video card, and you're not using it for anything else? You'd have to be pretty lucky to make that back, let alone other hardware costs and power.
