I recently needed a new mobo and CPU so did some hunting for the best price, pp.co.nz had the best price but recent threads indicated their service levels were lacking.
I emailed
Hotchips with the price from pp.co.nz asking what their price was (as I've purchased through
Hotchips before and was very impressed).
They replied back with a cheaper price and a generally helpful email.
I ordered the parts, they were then delayed due to a mistake by the supplier (then there was another delay due to NZPost completely screwing up the delivery).
Neither of these problems were
Hotchips fault but they were quick to help track down the problems and provide updated details on the situation.
