Urea, when ingested in sufficient quantity, can cause kidney failure. At which point seriously bad things happen without treatment and you die.
Filter Urine to remove the Urea and salt - all is well. A condensation trap would do the trick nicely, if you were stuck in the bush with no readily available supply of water that is.
