So what do that stats tell us? That Polynesians are stupid and lazy? Or that the governments that introduced increased Polynesian immigration to fill gaps in our labour market so as to benefit our economy, neglected to introduce changes to our education systems so that these immigrants with their different cultures would easily be able to succeed within them?
