Apparently this means has a complete lack of judgement. How has he fared in office so far in the absence of this judgement? Do we look to his work in government? What decisions has he made, who has been impacted by those decisions, what do they have to say?

Not because anything has been discovered about the running of government. But because long available images for unknown reasons suddenly have entered prominence.
