A lot of the time that I'm talking about the free-market I'm talking about how there isn't one and how capitalism would collapse if there was. Also, I really do think that people should be free to trade (ie, no tariff barriers etc) but this doesn't mean that there shouldn't be restrictions on
what or how they can trade. I see no conflict with the market place being well defined by rules. The people being free to trade within that market is what makes it a free-market. Removal of community supporting rules just creates chaos and brings about the afore mentioned tragedy where only a few will benefit.
