When it comes to concluding one way or the other two things stand out: first the lack of certainty, so many factors, including my own biases cloud what I might know. Second, the lack of significance of knowing either way. I don't feel any conclusion leaves me more enlightened, or with useful course of action.

In all situations China fucked up, the world fucked up. Sanity exists in mere pockets, probably due to luck as much as anything else.
