I ran yesterday - first run since I spoke to you. I intentionally didn't push myself, and usually my heart maxes around the same - 180ish.
This time, with a steady pace (total time not far off usual), I only hit 160. Maybe it's less weight, or because I stopped using headphones and didn't try running to the rhythm. Just did it at a constant "jog". Had a stitch from lunch, but powered through, taking it easy but not stopping.
I kinda thought I was let off when you weren't well, so I stopped training, but after seeing you post this, I figured I still had to keep my word and the weather was right for it. I'll keep going.
